Sacramento area music store carrying builder supplies

Wanted to let all you builders in the central valley/Sacramento area know that Niclosons Music in Folsom, Ca is stocking builders supplies. They have a decent selection now, and they plan on broadening thier inventory I'm told.

With the exception of perhaps 2 parts, I had to buy all my parts over the 'net for my last project, since no local independent MI stores carried a parts inventory geared for builders.

I don't know about you but I would much rather support my local indy merchant, keep my money in the community, touch and feel the product I'm buying, and most important, have it now, and not wait a week or more for the products to arrive.

These are good folks by the way. And no, I'm not affiliated with the store, just a customer.

Hi Muddy,

Do you have an address and/or phone number for the store? I wouldn't mind making the drive if I knew they had the parts and supplies in stock.

Guitar workshop also has just about everything you need... but the owner is a JERK... so I only buy there if I'm desperate. Good to know about Nicholson. Folsom is just about 15 minutes for me.

The owner used to be the Aria sales rep and used to sell to the small shop I used to buy all my equipment from when I was a kid.

I guess I'll never be desperate enough again to go back to Guitar Workshop now!!!
