I'm officially new here, though every now and then, I've ended up on a thread here through Google searches on info.
I haven't been playing very long...trying to get over my ALL-THUMBS Syndrome and taking lessons, hoping to get to be a decent rhythm player with emphasis on blues just for my own enjoyment and relaxation, (I NEED that...I'm a teacher and have 131 6th graders this year!).
Having a 19 year-old guitar whiz in the house has sharpened my ebay and trading skills when it comes to GAS, so I've been able to buy and/or trade for some really good equipment. Below are my guitars:
A 2008 Gibson Les Paul Special Doublecut in TV Yellow, a 2007 Gibson Les Paul Standard Faded in Honeyburst, a CIJ Tele, double bound, Bigsby, and normal shaped VVG Charlie Cristian pickups, and a 2006 American Strat in Charcoal Frost. My guitar GAS is cured (I think...perhaps a CS-336.....)

As for amps, I have a 50w Reinhardt Fat Albert(SN 001), a Carol-Ann OD2 100, and a 35w Paul Ruby Trainwreck Rocket clone named Diana, who is very sweet. The Carol-Ann is played through a Mojo Blues Breaker 2X12 with a Celestion Alnico Gold and a Scumbag 1275. The Reinhardt and Diana are played through a Bogner 4X12 UberKab. I think that my amp GAS is cured (maybe a plexi type...)
