I've got Tele with a humbucker in the neck, and a regular single-coil Tele pickup in the bridge. I'd love to get a humbucker in the neck that's splittable and wire it up to a push-pul tone pot to split the coils.
Unfortunately, I'm having a hard time finding such a wiring diagram. I'd like to use a push-pull pot, as opposed to any additional toggle switches or have to go to another pickup selector like a 4-way switch.
Can anyone provide some direction on this? Thanks a million!

Try Deaf Eddie's site here (http://www.deaf-eddie.net/drawings/drawings.html).

Most pickup manufacturers have schematics on their websites. I got some customized prints from one of the techs at Dimarzio this spring. They were really helpful.

Thanks for the Deaf Eddie link. There's some good theory there.
I went to the Seymour Duncan site, and found this:
http://www.seymourduncan.com/support/wiring-diagrams/schematics.php?schematic=tele_1hum_1sing_pushpull
I'm fairly confident that I can re-work that to accommodate the humbucker in the neck and the push-pull in the tone control.

Deaf Eddie is who spurred me to try my 5 way 2 p/p set up on my tele. I met him over on the Tele modders board.

I gave it shot, based on the original wiring schematic from the Seymour Duncan site. Now I need to nail the new pickup so that I can try it!

The selector switch bit looks odd, I don't know what switch you have but those import switches often have the common lugs in the middle. Best to check.
