Line 6 POD X3 Live Owners Group

Yes, I know that it is not an actual amp. And I also know that there are those of you who think this thread is an abomination. But my Line 6 POD X3 Live is all I've got, so it's my "amp" in a sense. I think it sounds great, personally. And through a PA, it sounds as good as, if not better than, a lot of mic'd amps do. So if you've got one of these things, chime in.

Five days later and still no others... Wonder if that should be any indication to me...? :)

I played at a benefit concert last Saturday night. I lugged my MESA/Boogie, pedalboard and stuff. Another guitarist played with us. He used a Marshall half stack and a Rat pedal. The sound person mic'd us up. It sounded great.

A friend played in another band. He used a Line 6 Pod X3 Live, the other guitarist used a Pod XT bean. They sounded great. The girls shaking their butts on the dance floor didn't know the difference.

I think I'll bring my Pod XT bean to my next band rehearsal!
