is a pine body to soft for a parsons green bender

I am going to get a b bender for my pine tele since pine is a very soft wood I was wondering if a parsons green or any bender that has to route out the back of the guitar would make the body to weak any input or ideas appreciated

Nope, not any softer than some of the woods that Fender is currently using. Also, the amount of wood removed in a Parsons Green install is minimal and is replaced by a metal plate supported by 11 screws. The hub fills the 15/16" hole through the top ....... Most likely just as stong after install......
