Fretboard enhancement help!

Hey all, I've got a 97 Martin D1 that has some discoloration, (lightened), on the body end of the fretboard. It looks as though their has been quite a bit of playtime in this area, but where it's located, that's just not logical. I don't know if a previous owner spilled something on it or what, but I was wondering if you all knew of any products that would be good to enhance or revitalise the rosewood fretboard without making it sticky or greasy.
All help is really appreciated.

When I bought my Melody Maker at the blow out at MF, the fretboard was dull and dried out. This stuff helped a lot. I plan to do all my rosewood and ebony boards. A little goes a long way!
