I've got this cool old 60's Japanese bass that has a broken tuner, and I'd like to replace it something original.... Anyone here happen to have some old Japanese tuners kicking around that might match this puppy? I just need the one, or the part to fix it.... Thanks in advance! Interesting. Would a Japanese Fender peg fit ? Can you mic the diameter and advise the screw hole to screw hole dimensions? Most likely it's in metric. I'll check my surplus stuff for you. giginthesky October 1st, 2009, 09:30 PM may i suggest....... hipshot makes drop tuners for all makes and models of fender. if you bought one for your e tuner you could trash the busted one and have the benefit of dropping to low d or c with the flick of the switch.
