Pictures of Parsons/White Double Bender [Archive]

Can anyone that has a Parsons/White Double Bender help me out? I'm interested in the G bender part of your double bender. I'd like to see close up pictures of the butt end of your guitar from the back. I would like installation instructions such as a diagram explaining the parts involved and routing measurement specifications.
