Slow Connection today?

Just wondering if it's only me,
but to log in or even post here - it takes such a looooong time today.
I could change a string in the meantime or do something else - but no I sit and stare at the browsers connecting icon................:shock:

anybody else have this glitch/ hick-up/ whatever?
all other sites work as fast as usuall.

It's slow for me right now, photo page don't complete. It's probably temporary, other sites zip along just fine.

fast on the west coast of california

I've been noticing some up and down on the server today. Sometimes stuff happens.

Logged in again - everything works fine, it seems.

maybe some funny dolphin or whale sat (or somewhat else...) on the cross atlantic cable? who knows...
anyway - all's fine.

Still quite sporadic here too. Other sites I frequent work normally. Yesterday was the same. Sister site StratTalk.com is acting up too.

Strange, yesterday it had a slow spell and has done the same this afternoon ( 5.00pm UK time) but seems fine now.
