My lovely wife booked us a room in a haunted Bread and Breakfast for the long weekend. Any "must see" or "must do's" we should get to in the area? Any great guitar stores I need to visit while there? And should my pink paisley accompany us on the trip? I'm hoping maybe Gatton had stayed at the BnB and will posess the git.

Leave the guit-fiddle at home, have a lovely weekend with your lovely wife and relax. Go to a nice restaurant and enjoy being away from home.
My wife and I went to Savannah on our honeymoon and it is one of our favorite places.
Enjoy!

Go down to tybee early one morning and eat breakfest at the breakfast club. If you can, sit at the bar right beside the cooks. The food is great and the guys have great personalities and entertaining banter. I've been down there quite a few times, but only stayed in savannah once. We usually stay on tybee. Take a good camera, as there are some great photo oppertunities.

I like to walk up Factor and back down Bay Streets.
Starting around City Hall, just walk those N-S Streets like Bull, Abercorn, past the vicinity of Savannah College of Art and Design, and on to Forsyth Park. Just one visual impact, tiny park, Church, or other architectural gem, one after another. Friendly people - wow, I wish the people in New Orleans were more like this.
Tybee Island? You don't have time; if you did, Hunting Island, Hilton Head, Beaufort town proper, St. Simons, Jekyll Island are all cooler, if you ask me. Tybee always feels like a racket - no, I didn't get a speeding ticket. :^) Visitors are tolerated, where nearby they are welcomed.
As for music shops, I do this: Always worth it to garner points with your significant other. My girlfriends asks me, do I need to go into Annie's while we're there? And I say, no dear, let's do (something she'd prefer to do). Save those points and use them for really cool music shops, another day.

take one of the local bus tours and you will see a lot of the town and learn some history and stay out of the heat and humidity ...

What about Gretsch guitars? Do they offer tours? The ghost tours in Savannah are pretty interesting.

Go to River Street and have lunch at Spanky's--- home of the original chicken finger. Fort Pulaski is cool. Tybee beach and all of the islands. If you get a chance take a drive out Abercorn Ext (hiway 204), go past Ogelthorpe mall and you'll find all the shopping you can stand. And remember for every street going one way the next street over will bring you back. Good luck and enjoy.

I've been to this place before. they get busy so either go early or ask to sit at the bar. Plan on eating so much you have to fall asleep from food coma.
I would plan at least 6 hours to walk up and down some streets like bull street. Amazing architecture and scenery.
As far as guitar shops there is one near lady and son's (i forget the name) that sells partcasters and other customer guitars.
