You guys might remember I posted about losing my marbles and ordering some pedals last week. Well the TC chorus came in yesterday and I got a little time on it. I don't know how to describe this thing. so I'll just quote my buddy Mike "It just becomes". There's no click or pop when you cut it on. No volume boost. No swoosh. No hiss. No noise. It doesn't lay on top of my sound--- it get's inside of it. Crazy. I think I agree with Mike--it just becomes. I'll do a better review than this later.

The TC SCF Pedal?
Yeah, it lives up to the hype! Can be a little too much "80's Chorus Sound" (Think Andy Summers), but man can it do SUM STUFF!!
I particularly like the Pitch Modulation Settings. It can even cop a Leslie type of effect.
Works spectacularly in any setting. In the Loop, or t=into the front of an amp. In a Mixing Board's EFX Loop. With Vocals, or any other instrument! Clean and Clear.
Makes an Acoustic Electric sound HUGE.
And in Stereo with 2 Amps? FUGGIDABOUDIT!
Whew!

Budda is right - I bought mine years ago, and it's still my favorite. I also have a Boss DC-3 and a Fulltone MDV-2. Each are useful, but TC has the chorus hands down. I wouldn't be too concerned about the '80's sound' catagory. It's bright. so it doesn't loose any highs - not a bad thing. It does wonders with an acoustic.
