Wilkinson Mini Romatic Tuning Machines?? [Archive]

I can get a set of these used for €15 ($22) or brand new from axesrus.com for €22 ($30) for a Telecaster Deluxe I want to build. What do you guys think of these? Are they any good?
I have a set of Wilkinson Kluson style tuners and I like them.
I will try and get the second hand ones cheaper but I want to know if these are any good??
