Hi everybody!
My name is Ole, I am from Germany...

I've been watching this great forum for quite some time, so now I would like to show you my last Tele-built.
The neck is rosewood/ebony from Warmoth
Body is Walnut with walnut burl top (Body was done by me)
hardware Wilkinson, PU's Guitar Fetish (I am very pleased with Jay's stuff)
Finish is high gloss nitro (Rattle cans)

Fischkopp means fishhead, that's how we guys from the coast are called...

This one was done for my uncle, I am a southpaw....

Hope you like it...

If you are interested, I post pictures of my previous 3 builts too (ok, one is a Strat  )

By the way, this is an absolute great forum!!!

Cheers,

Ole

That's beautiful! Did you custom make the pick guard? I really like how it follows along with the grain in the top down near the controls. Excellent work!

Beautiful......and the high quality photos...well you are German....Germans always do things well, from football to guitars......there again the camera is probably Japanese....what I'm trying to say is that if it was British made it would break down...just like the new washing machine......but that's another story.Any more builds in the pipeline ?

Beautiful guitar! Is that light-colored back walnut too?

This inspires me to get going on the walnut lumber I have.

WOW!

Thanks for the flowers guys!!!
@ the utp: the pickguard also came from Warmoth...
@ tweeed: the pictures just took some black fabric and some increase of contrast...
yes, more guitars to come... have to wait until fall, house needs some work right now!
@ mlp-mx6: yes, the back is walnut too! In reality it looks darker.
@ SixShooter: IMHO it sonds a little warmer than a standart Tele, but the ebony fretbord still gives a lot of snap.

Again, thanks for the replies, I'm glad you like it.
I will post some pics of the former builds.

Cheers,
Ole
