Stereo cabinets

I picked up a Berhinger 412 bottom yesterday, the straight bottom mate to the slant cab I already use. I just run mine in mono, although both are switchable for stereo. To be honest, I'm not really sure what, if any, advantages there are to stereo. Anyone have any experience/opinions?

I have a Flextone II head, and it has 2 separate 100 watt power amplifiers in it, which means it a has stereo out section. Each output goes to a pair of speakers in my 4-12 stereo cabinet.

You could run 2 heads in a single stereo cab
