Mr. B

I've just noticed this, because I wanted to link one of my threads in a new post.
When try to go to my profile, it takes me to the profile of another 'Mr b' (notice the lack of full stop and lower case b).
I can tell it's not me because this other Mr b has no posts, and hasn't even logged in since September 2006.
I just wondered if there was a way I could get my own profile back? If not, it's not the end of the world. I can still get to my threads and posts via the links in the search function.
Also I'm not sure if it would affect people trying to send me private messages?

When I click on your name in your post above, I get a link to your profile, not Mr b.

I also get your profile when I do a search in the Member list for "Mr. B".

I've fixed this, but it's a difficult username for the software to deal with.
The other "Mr b" had not visited for 3 years and had no posts. So I removed him.
However, you are probably always going to have problems with a 4 charater, 3 letter username such as "Mr. B". It should be changed to something longer and more unique to avoid troubles again in the future.
Let me know if you are willing to do so.

Tim, you're getting the correct Profile because of the action I took. It was supplying the wrong Profile before.

Many thanks for the swift response!
I'll leave my username as it is for now, but I'll bear your comments in mind and if any more issues do crop up I'll get back to you about re-inventing myself.
