Not with that particular one.
I use the Large Pointed Ultra-
Lite.

You can hear a definite difference
in the tone. It gives the guitar a
warmer sound. At least to my old
ears.

I like the small pointed. They had them on special a while back for $2.50.

I've been looking at all the local stores for them. I don't really want to order them if I'm not going to like them.

I got a set of 6 different ones - and they are pretty cool. They feel great to hold, but for me the range of sound they offer isn't radically different from dunlop chubbies or ultex jazz etc.

I have a variety of sizes, and I like all of them. I like the first model he ever made the best.

I've found the Ultra-Lites to be the
closest to the Fender Mediums.

I found the V picks to have a very "chirpy" atttack, particularly when used with an archtop or acoustic guitar. The ultra-light is the least chirpy. It's a bright sounding pick if that is what you're after.

One positive I should mention: V picks do feel great in your hand -- they don't slip or move around, even with a light grip.

i still have my original 4 (2 small rounded & 2 small pointy) and usually go to a screamer.

the diamond looks a bit too much though.

Jim Dulop .73mm. and an emery board to shape the points,,,been using them for 25 years and love them.

Must be pretty hard to find if you drop one though.
