The fine folks at EBMM who own and operate the company today churn out some of the finest guitars i have ever laid my hands on. so as they say:

Show us your balls!!!! I'll start with one of mine:

Guitar DOB- 11/2/2005
Music Man Rosewood Axis Super Sport. Basswood body, Rosewood top, rosewood neck and fretboard. DiMarzio Humbuckers and 5-way switch.

This guitar has the most flamed neck of any of my guitars. It is also a rather small guitar but has a very satisfying and hand filling neck. This guitar has been my main "Go To" instrument over the years and has its bumps and bruises to show for it. This thing packs the MoJo
This guitar has DiMarzio Pickups and the color is Pearl Lavender which according to EBMM is rather rare for a Silhouette Special and not made anymore.

Guitar DOB: 1/30/2001

No photos, I'm afraid, but I've had my light-ash-bodied, maple-necked six-bolt 1990 Silhouette since December 1993 and for many years it was my main working guitar. It still gets gigged quite often these days and is the instrument I always take with me when I visit the USA or other destinations by air, as in its gig-bag it fits nicely in the overhead. I've replaced the stock DiMarzio pickups with the Kinman AVn-Blues set, which are excellent, and having worn Graph-Tec saddles for a long while it now has those titanium ones, which are quite good but not as wonderful as their high price suggests.

Great little guitar, the Silhouette, and its light weight is a boon on a long function gig.

This guitar is a beautiful example of the first full year run of the Albert Lee model.

This guitar features a two piece Swamp Ash body with a Pinkburst finish that looks like it was "dipped in glass"

It has a one piece birdseye maple neck and fingerboard with underwound Seymour Duncan pickups per Albert Lees's Specs.
I really love the sound these pickups produce allowing nuances of playing and picking style to shine through without being colored negatively in anyway.

It sounds awesome through a nice tube amp with a Barber Burn Unit to drive the amp allowing for the transparency of the guitar to come through. At least that's what I find......Enjoy!

Guitar DOB: 3-22-94

That's a super nice Rosewood Axis SouthpawGuy! They do have amazing necks as do ALL Music Man guitars IMO.

There is one difference in the two Rosewood Axis's however........Mine is the DiMarzio Humbucker model and yours has the P-90's

(I actually think I like the P-90 model better)

Cheers!

Here's a pic of me onstage at the W.C. Handy awards with Frankie Lee and my rosewood Axis SS. One of my favorite guitars of all time, great reliable gigging axe. I put some DiMarzio 36th Anniversary humbuckers in it to get a little more vintage tone. I don't know if I'd ever buy another guitar without a solid rosewood neck.

Thats a great Photo LawDaddy. Those rosewood necks are something special!

I also love the Color (green) of SothpawGuys's Silo Special. Thats a sweet looking guitar.
I have a Silo HSH in White with a black pick guard also and though it would seem rather plain, the guitar has an attraction and playability that's hard to rival and its 24 frets with a great Tremolo. I'll post pics of that one soon.

Finally - the best production guitars out there as far as I'm concerned!

Had around twenty different EBMMs over the years, still have two that stood the test of time (no pics at the moment, sorry)>

1994 Morse Blueburst Non-Trem (my first Custom Shop grade Instrument and still one of the best I've ever played),signed by Mr Morse himself.

and

1990 6-Bolt Silhouette SSS Natural (Ash), String-Through-Body Non-Trem, vintage white PG, Maple neck with great birdseye - it was a 50 guitar limited run for Europe, and it's an absolute strat killer.

Thanks, one of the all-time highlight of my musical career. Rosewood necks are something to die for. And I would love to add a Silo to the collection at some point. Just don't see many for sale in the Sacramento-area GCs. :(

As of today I am a member of this club, and proudly so!
I traded an AVRI'62 strat for a Music Man Axis:

https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/-CU7OuSVy6Ms/Tv4cTUs1jrI/AAAAAAAAGKQ/nvcHrEcErlY/s800/IMG_0109.jpg

It plays like a dream and is very light. In fact it is lighter than the exact same guitar that a friend owns. I love it!

The bridge EMG 85 has been replaced with an 89 which splits to single coil but is still active and silent. The push pull is on the volume knob, default is down which is single and up activates full humbucker.

Just traded a Duesenberg D-Caster for a EBMM Albert Lee MM90. Thrilled with the transaction. Build quality on EBMMAL is far superior and it really "just feels right" to me. Have long since graduated from the headstock logo; and now go only by comfort and ability for the instrument to inspire me. Thanks EBMM!

Funny you should say that, because, having been playing my various Telecasters almost exclusively for some while, I've recently once again been using my 1990 Silhouette with the Kinman AVn-Blues pickup set for a few jams and a gig or two. The ergonomic qualities and the lightness of the Music Man guitar are very striking; it's a joy to work with and I'm reminded yet again why it's been my main working instrument for many extended periods of time over the past 19 years or so.

It won't replace any of my six Telecasters entirely but it's still a very effective weapon in my musical armoury.

I've had a few EBMM's over the years but haven't had one since early 2011. I rectified that situation last week with this Albert Lee HH - it's one of their 2012 Premier Dealer's Network limited editions. On the AL HH it mostly deviates from norm specs by having a roasted maple neck, pao ferro fingerboard and stainless steel frets:

http://i118.photobucket.com/albums/o82/JohnC62/2012AlbertLeeHHPDN001.jpg

and a close-up of the roasted neck:

http://i118.photobucket.com/albums/o82/JohnC62/2012AlbertLeeHHPDN014.jpg

I no longer own these, but in the past I kind of had a thing for Silo Specials:

2007 LE Blue Dawn:

http://i118.photobucket.com/albums/o82/JohnC62/Formerly%20Owned/angle-1.jpg

And the last EBMM before the AL - a 2010 Silo Special in olive gold (ordered on just about the last day to order one of these in 2009):

I'm liking it lots. The rosewood necks are awesome. The EMGs are great for cleans, the '89 in the bridge when split sounds very Tele like. I'm using the bridge pickup mostly in split mode, it's still hum free. It's not a light guitar, not sure how much the neck affects that being solid rosewood, it definitely feels like a very solid guitar.
