Matamp were made by RadioCraft in Huddersfield in the north of England and went on to be sold in the south via a shop in London called Orange.
The amps sold in the north as Matamp and in the south as Orange although Orange went on to become well Orange but Matamp are still going and make some of the best custom made amps anywhere.
They still make the Peter Green Matamp Series 2000 and the Head+cab+reverb is £1945.
They also make the Minimat 2 + cab which is a 4 watt stack but all Matamp
amplifiers are loud with the watts being a nominal clean headroom.
