Any other Brown Note owners hanging out here.

I have two. A Blue Monkey 88, and a 33 watt D'lite GTO.
Love'em both.

Anyone else?

I have a D'Lite 22 ODS (G12-65) and a Voxy Lite 18 (Greenback 25). Best amps I have ever owned.

I have a Brown Note 22/33 that can run both 6V6/6L6. I've used it with a lot of speakers but it is best for me with EVM12L 1x12. I have an extension cab that I've used outside. I added a loop and relay switches, as well.

It's my only amp build, as well. A great amp and fantastic first build experience. I actually gave my 30 year old Mesa/Boogie MK1 to my son last year. I did not plan to do that but just loved it so much, I was comfortable doing that ... of course my son was thrilled too.

I did wrestle a bit with playing with it live with a rock band when I was running 2x10 Emi 105 & also a G1265 1x12. But once I got the EVM12L ... no issue.

Here's a link to my build ... heavy pix warning.

I've got a D-Lite 22/33 head. Very very nice amp. I tend to use it through a 2x12 open back Avatar Cab with two G1265 Heritage speakers, or through a 1x12 Mojo open back cab with a 100 watt 75Hz cone Scumback. Both sound great.

Glad to see I'm not the only one!!!

I have a Blue Monkey 88, that I got off the gear page, and I got a matching cabinet built by JDesign. I have a Weber Silver Bell 100 watt speaker in it now, but may try something different down the road.

With my 33 watt GTO I have another JDesign cab - that one is a 2x12 with an older set of Two Rock speakers in it. Both of mine were built by Moss at Brown Note. I wouldn't attempt putting one together myself.

Norm from Brown Note built my D'Lite ODS 22.
I did all of the lead tracks (Hofner Verythin CT clean and tele OD) on my new CD with a Hermida ported 1 x 12 w/ a G12 65.
Moss built my VoxyLite 18 (they call it the Brown Fox now). NOS tubes, all of Moss's tricks. I love it. I used a BN 1x12 open back cab w/ a G12 65 for the clean tele tracks on the CD.
I recently got an AdLib 1x12 open back cab with a 25 watt greenback that sounds great w/ the Voxy too. Using that setup with a strat.
Here are some clips. (not from my CD)
