Well, it's not really a guitar owners club but for jazzers who use their Tele to play well.... jazz stuff.

I really like to play solo type jazz. Currently using my Thinline partscaster with a single Humbucker at the neck and my number one MIM '72 Thinline RI with Vibetrons.

Really hoping to have one of this or something similar in the future.

It's a Nittono Nylon Tele. I think he lives in California or something. Some shop from Japan stocks his guitars (about 5-6 a year). It costs more than a Custom Shop Tele I think.

If I'm getting one, I'll simply ask one of the guys here in Australia to make me one. The price would probably be around the same ballpark.

The Title says solid body and not Tele specific so I wasn't sure. My Teles are semi-hollow as well.

I'd still join though.

Here is the admission form for my club. Maybe we could be in each others clubs.

Solid-Body Jazz Club

For all of us using solid or semi-hollow guitars for Jazz or a Jazzy tone. Talk about your gear and some tips for that smooth tone.
I have a home brew les paul with P-90's. A chambered partscaster tele with mahogony/ebony neck, and an epi 335 (someday I will have a gibson).
I have a fender Blues Deluxe RI, and I have been getting good results lately by turning down the treble on the amp, instead of the tone control on my guitar.
See some of my gear here and feel free to leave a comment:
