Which distortion/overdrive?

I'm hoping someone can help me choose and overdrive/distortion pedal. I've got a Keeley Modded Rat and I like it, but I don't love it. I love the harmonics and the sustain but certain chords sound lousy and muddy to me. What I'm looking for is something with the awesome sustain and harmonics of the Rat. However, what I don't want is the fuzz of muddiness. I'm not sure if this pedal exists. Any help is much appreciated.
