I have a Headstrong Lil' King. PR clone with 12" speaker. Tone-wise,the
best amp i have ever owned & i have owned more than a few. The build
quality is first rate & Wayne at Headstrong stands behind his product.

Anyone else?

hey! i am close to pulling the trigger on the lil king reverb. been fiending for a PR for a while. tried the RI and thought it was pretty much unusable as anything but a glorified practice amp. and all the BF and SF's i try are either too expensive, or start to crap out a little later than the RI, but cant hang all the same.
do the lil kings have enough juice to play a gig with a drummer? i am looking for all the juicy reverb and trem, but with the ability to get into some cranked old fendery type overdrives. all the PR i have played up to this point kind of crap out before you get there. please tell me the lil king can hang!
also, i am pretty solid on a 10" weber for mine. just want a nice contrast from my BF deluxe (non reverb) i have already. UNLESS you guys think that is a big part of why these things crap out too early...

put mine on order with wayne today. got it with a weber 10F150P, as wayne advised for what i was talking about. cant wait to get it! ive been lusting for a PR for a while and have a feeling this is going to be THE ONE.

it came! so far, couldnt be happier. i was shocked at how loud this thing gets. really nice amp. i feel like i made the right choice. BF PR sound great, but i would never be able to use one on a rock gig. this thing, even with a 10" weber, could totally hang.
