plus a beat up looking cort acoustic. a friends bass fell on it. a couple of times. I don't have any photos of that one though. it's got a sprouting fret, needs a setup badly, but sounds beautiful.

oh, there's also an old squier P Bass with some fancy pants pickups I bought back in the 90's. sounds lovely and is aging nicely. I had a little play of her tonight - the rosewood fretboard looks sweet, and the maple neck is going a nice amber colour. The pickguard is even looking much more parchment than my crisp white tele pg.

Scratch that itch real hard . Rosie is a CS build and I got to meet the builder last week . Greg Fessler . I gave him a Wild Cherry blank that I had and he mentioned something about NAMM . Now wouldn't that be cool . It is Tele sized and he was wondering what Cherry sounded like . I know that it won't go to waste no matter what happens . He is one hell of a nice guy . I want to see pictures of your itch . If you do a Rosewood , even better . Just for the record , mine is chambered with a one piece neck and plays like butter . It still weighs nearly 10 lbs.

Honestly my next build is going to be a quarter sawn neck through Honduran Mahogany Lefty Gibson Explorer, Ebony board and Blond Butter Scotch translucent finish, Bakelite black guard and Gold hardware, basically the same as my black guard Tele at the top of the page.

Simple but effective since Lefty explorers are next to Zero!!

Sounds great . I am currently waiting for a quartersawn Walnut/Ebony neck for a 2" thick Wild Cherry Esquire . Will be wiring hot to the jack with a 52RI Fender pup that I have laying around . After that comes my Cherry hardtail Strat with a Quartersawn Walnut/Madagascar Rosewood neck . This will leave me with a Cherry/Madagascar Tele neck looking for a place to play . I may do a unique body design for this one . All of the neck base wood being used is my own stock . Enjoy .

AVRI '52 Tele, 2000 American Standard Tele, and AVRI '62 Strat w/Warmoth Total Vintage neck. I've got a '91 Fender San Miguel acoustic on the way, too.

Love the burst on the Epi!!

i love it too! the back and sides are just a clear finish, rather than the newer sheratons, which have an ugly black and yellow thing going on.

my sheraton is in dire need of a setup though. that'll happen when my new pickups arrive: Mick Breirley from South Australia is hand-winding me some custom pickups ...

In the meantime here are a couple of shots of my Heritage VIP2 from 1986.

It has a set neck, Kahler Flyer and Heritages own HRW pickups.

The mini switches are for the D-VIP, variphase system, and have bucker/ split coil/phase on the two outside switches, the middle switch is a kill switch.

The model on Ebay is a Stat, with two single coils and a humbucker, also a single volume and tone control. It is a nice one though.

And more 1987 Fender Made in Japan Black Strat and 1985 Made in Japan Oly White Strat the white Strat has First issue Custom Shop Texas Special pickups, the Black Strat has GFS 70's Rock Star Gray bottoms. My Custom Built B-bender Blue Moon Bridge pickup in the bridge and a Vintage Tallboy Rio Grand Strat pickup in the neck.
My first build Tele GFS Austin Mini Bucker in the neck and Seymour Duncan Alnico II Pro in the bridge.

the full collection as of right now.
1) Epiphone acoustic
2) Breedlove AC250/CR
3) The small guitar in the middle is a parlor sized/Martin style...Takemine Bruno limited edition 1834-1984 anniversary hand numbered serial 0394,this guitar is my first guitar my dad gave me. W factory lefty w/ no side markers on neck and correct bridge saddle.
4) new MIM Tele
5) 1994 Fender MIJ 50's reissue,modded with Duncan Custom HB in bridge and pearl pickguard(yeah a routed it big deal)

Good catch, I put a Allparts neck on the MIJ black and the original Fender neck is on my burst Stratotele with a 1965 decal after I refretted it..

Very nice Heritages you have there !

They are like G&Ls, it's impossible to have only one of them !

I did up the H-157 Custom to look like a 1969 Gibson Custom, Witch hats, gold pointers, pick guard.
