My Epi Sheraton bender is complete!

I've finally got my Epiphone Sheraton completed. The crowning touch was a gold finished Bigsby Palm Pedal. I'd never heard of a gold BBP until one of the forum members came up with one and we traded.

The guitar has special wiring with a coil tap and phase switch and a HipShot D-tuner at the peghead.

I had to ground the bender so I drilled a small hole under it and ran a wire down to the ground of the input jack.

Where the old stud tailpiece holes were, I cut two circles out of Fender guitar picks and just glued 'em over the holes.

All in all, this guitar is receiving a lot of bandstand time now and I'm lovin' the thing. At the moment it's sharing almost equal time with my Tele at gigs......JH in Va.

maybe mine's not complete after all. I'm really liking that black pickguard on yours, maybe I'll look for one of those.........

Also, what kind of pickups do you have in your Sheraton?

I have one of those Epiphone EZ Benders on a Memphis Les Paul copy that I use for slide. I tune it to open E and the benders on the 2nd string B to C#......JH in Va.

palm pedal. We swapped as he needed a chrome one and I needed a gold one. It's installed on a nice Epiphone dot which is a cool guitar. I used to have a natural finish one which I wish I still had.......JH in Va.
