Control Plate w/3way in the middle?

Anyone ever seen one ? Vol. near the pinky ...tone by the jack and the switch in the middle ?

That's the way I'm going on my latest build,except I'm figuring on 2 tone and master vol.Or maybe master vol,master tone and seperate vol on the neck which will be a Charlie Christain..But the switch will be in the middle either way..
