I'm sorry I didn't play my tele, it's always hard to decide on the guitar. As if you have to choose one of your kids.
pengipete June 10th, 2009, 08:33 AM Fantastic!
I'd be more than happy if I'd paid to see that gig - easily one the best performances I've heard this year and that includes "named" bands.
By the way - it sounded great for a YouTube video too which is rare and does your band proper credit.
Sidney Vicious June 10th, 2009, 09:03 AM Excellent!
Bensen June 10th, 2009, 12:26 PM Wow, thanks for the encouraging replies. Happy to be on this forum
sjtele June 10th, 2009, 01:44 PM Nice! Curious, what effect are you using at around 1:20?
dale_c June 10th, 2009, 03:11 PM Wow I am impressed. Hard to believe that is after only one month of rehearsing.
Hellecaster June 10th, 2009, 03:31 PM That is very cool! and as somebody said fantistic sound for a Youtube vid.
Thanks for sharing

SabuJSE June 10th, 2009, 05:20 PM That was tremendous! Nice work out of all you guys - sounds very tight.
My one comment - the bass is overpowering the drums and the guitar. I dunno if maybe the guitar needs to be somewhere else sonically in the mix or what, but the bass is too prominent.
Of course, that's all off a youtube recording - I'm sure it sounded much different live :)
Again, Nice work!
Bbenderman June 10th, 2009, 06:03 PM More impressed of the drummer (-;
HOBBSTER01 June 10th, 2009, 06:17 PM Sweet.
Meeee Likey!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Joefish June 10th, 2009, 07:09 PM Excellent …. (very cool)
Bensen June 10th, 2009, 07:09 PM Thanks again for all the great feedback, really appreciate it
I added another video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u1-5k3yjl3s), where it's just me and my GF unplugged in the middle of our set
@SabuJSE - Funny that you mentioned the bass, as I had the impression that it was too quiet. I will check it again. Anyway thanks for encouraging
@Bbenderman - Oooh yea, that drummer is great. Such guys are so hard to find, everything matches perfect musically and both are great friends to

I like the unplugged cut too. Very nice to create such contrast in your set.
Is there someone playing I don't see or is it all you?
The GF has a fine voice - American accent?

Warren Pederson June 11th, 2009, 05:01 AM That bass wasn't too loud at all. Nice job, nice video, great sound reproduction.
