American Standard Bridge Assembly

Is the metal block attached to the bridge on my 2002 American Standard made of cast metal? Will the steel block from an American Vintage bridge fit on the American Standard? Is this worth changing?

The block is different, but the AV block won't fit. Callaham makes a replacement.

Also, the saddles are different, and that's what I hate about those AS trems.
