P90 bobbin dimension / magnet strength inquiry [Archive]

Purchased some 42 AWG wire to wind my own P90's.
First question, what are the bobbin dimensions for a P-90?
I can figure out the interior depth, but short of unwinding a pickup, does anyone know:
1) What the interior width of the bobbin is
2) The interior length (including the two radius' at top and bottom).

My plan is to make the bobbin out of wood and use a clear top for the cover.

Second question, is there an easy way to measure magnetism with a multimeter (i.e. homemade magnetometer)?
