Dating a Parsons White Bender

Is there a way to (approx.) date a Parsons White Bender by it's features?

Yes, it is an original Gene Parsons installed unit and I had already mailed him.

OK, I heard back from Gene Parsons and his answer fits in with what the owner remembers re. the date that the bender was installed.
