I'm getting popping sounds .... eeek!

Anyway, periodically I get a popping sound in my Vibrolux and after the pop the volume either increases or decreases.

Anyone know what might be causing this? It's heading into the shop tomorrow.

I'd like to hear what the shop finds, please keep us informed.
