EP-3 Echoplex Paper Chart [Archive] - Telecaster Guitar Forum

I just purchased an EP-3 Echoplex. I got a pretty good price on it, but it is missing the chart on the inside of the lid. Are there any EP-3 owners out there who would be willing to take a large high-quality picture of their Plex's chart so I can try to print one for mine?
