Lemme see your Shell Pink teles

Have gone through some color phases and have arrived that Shell Pink is by far my favorite next to Surf Green and Sonic Blue. I believe that a Shell Pink tele is the only item a man can own in pink without being gay. (All in good humor obviously)

Let's see them! (Preferably ones that you've ordered like that, deciding on who I want to build/paint my body)

Anyone in the Minneapolis area should check out the used Shell Pink MIJ Tele in one of the Music Go Rounds south of there. Can't remember the name of the town, sorry. But it's got a really nice soft V Maple neck and sounds just perfect. The problem is that it's got too many doinks for a guitar they want over $1000 out the door.

Well I'm new here. Been buying guitars for almost a year now. Still trying to learn to play them. That Tele in Minneapolis, is in Burnsville. It would have been my first one, but they wouldn't deal. It's a 96 MIJ. They wanted $799.00 at the time. I wanted to put it together with a little Tweed amp they had but they wouldn't budge on price. I now have a MIM Standard and a 52 RI so I'm not to disappointed. The Shell Pink Tele was still there the last time I looked. It did play nice though.
