I'm looking for a cheap 8 ohm 10 inch speaker, preferably with a fairly high RMS rating, and better efficiency than the stock speaker.
The highs get easily muddied, there's not enough bass, and a better speaker would probably help me keep up with a drummer too.
The Webers are nice but I can't find anywhere that ships to the EU for a decent price, the Weber website itself only uses UPS or whatever
Any ideas?

My AD30VT got a Celestion G10M-30 Greenback.
Cheapest they're not, neither most expensive, very nice too.
You cannot get a 12-in. in there w/o cutting the chassis. The G10M-30 is 30W, 95dB, 98Hz. I think it is more efficient and louder than the stock AD30, extended range. cleaner and clearer throughout. I've not found 10-in. Webers (or many other U.S. speakers) available right-pond.
I would not trust UPS to find their own bottom let alone Ireland (I've had, er, 'deliveries' from them, (1) could not find England and returned to New York - clue: it's in Europe, (2) delivered to similar address in the wrong UK county - clue: use the post code).
If the amp is not loud enough there are a pair or negative feedback resistors R67 and R68 on the amp board that can be removed, if that does not increase power enough, replace the valve (so sayeth the service manual). Unfortunately the AD30VT is not particularly loud for 30 watts e.g. it's not as loud as my 10W valve amp but the Greenback helps.

Adam Hall is exclusive European distributor http://www.adamhall.com/uk/AH_K--Eminence-PA-Speaker-Patroit__p--project_2__k--384__f--1 10-in, 75W, 84Hz, sens.100(dB?), Rajun Cajun, not available, price to be announced: seek stockists but cannot find one. - See the problem.
The AD30VT is closed back and an LF speaker may sound boxy.

I put a Eminence Copperhead in mine. Sounds much better than the stock speaker.

Hey, could you take some clips for me? Is it not too bright? I'd like to hear the Vox and Fender blackface models cranked, as well as the JCM800.
