Which fret files and levelers would I need for a Warmoth Compound radius neck? I was looking at the ones at Stewmac and notice they have long and short versions of the levelers. Because of the 10-16 radius on the Warmoth necks which would be the best ones to get. Could I also use these on single radius necks? Looking to get a full set of Fretting and nut prep tools. What do you guys recommend? Not looking for homemade stuff.
Thanks

It's okay to use long levelers on a compound radius neck, so long as you move in a line that follows the string's path, moving out a little as you go up from the narrow end to the wider end. The problem with long levelers is that you might overlap the strokes too much and take more off the middle than the ends of the neck (especially if you're doing a neck with the nut already on). I use a Stanley No 5 woodworking plane (without the plane iron) with the sandpaper glued to the bottom.

I bought my nut files from Martin . I had a voucher for 20% off . Since I didn't yell at the ladies there ( I had no intention of yelling at them . I guess that it was a bad day for them ) they gave me a nice brown Martin hoodie sweatshirt for free . I also took the tour that day .
