Wiring question for new pups

Hi there. I'm new to the forum, but have used it for many questions, so thanks to everyone.

I am putting together a new guitar and I purchased all the parts separately.
For pups, I decided on a Lollar special T series Neck, and a Harmonic design super 90 for the bridge.

I am having trouble deciding which value and type of pots to use for the wiring. Given that the lollar would probably be best with a 250K and the super 90 with a 500K or perhaps even a TBX tone pot. Then the question of which volume to use for both?

Also, is it OK to use different value pots for the volume pot than the tone pot?

I even considered using concentric pots for both volume and tone, and setting them up so that the volume and tone fore each pickup was on a different (set of) knobs.

Just wondering what people would recommend. I appreciate all advice.
Thanks

I've never tried those particular pickups but I mix pot values on my guitars. Currently on my Esquire I'm using 500k for volume and 250k for tone. But an Esquire is a single pickup guitar so I don't know how it would work for you. If the Super 90 or Special T is too bright you can always roll down the tone but if a pickup is too dark you can't add brightness.
