I have a Nashville type tele with Strat pups in the neck and middle and a very hot Tele bridge pup.
It also has a 5-way switch, Master Vol and 2 Tone controls. Regular Strat type switching configuration: N, N+M, M, M+B, B
Question is: I want to use different tone pots for the Neck and Bridge with different Cap values. The Middle pup will be wide open tone wise like the Jimmie Vaughan Strat. Neck tone will have a .022uf and the Bridge will have a .015uf. Again the Tele bridge pup is very hot and dark.
Below is a diagram I configured. Is it correct, and if not, any suggestions.
Thanks a much.

Neck tone blue wire is ok but the cap needs to go to ground, off the bottom lug it's on.
Bridge tone: cap needs to be wired on the middle lug (not on the wire from the switch) and then to ground. NO connection to the other pot.
Next you need a push/pull pot to wire it up to get the neck and bridge combo...............or it's just not a Tele

Does this do it?

Yep,
and if you really want to get technical, draw (wire) the B tone ground to the N tone ground then to the Vol. pot. ground. (bonding them all together - pot to pot ending on the Vol. case)
Nice diagram  !

Oh one more thing:
If you wanted the middle pup to have tone control too, you could put a jumper from the switch term that goes to the Neck tone pot to the term right next to it.
That Tone control would now effect Neck AND Middle tone.

Yes... Redundant grounding, called bonding. I use a product called "SOLDER WICK".
This product is made to de-solder, or remove excess solder from a connection. However it is copper braided wire, like a tube. Very soft and conductive. Great for grounding any guitar parts....
