Undoing a Bigsby?

I recently acquired a telecaster with a Bigsby B5 style trem on it. My goal is to convert the tele to a standard 3 barrel bridge with a string through body. The current tele body does not have string through body routes.

I'm looking for feedback from anyone who knows what to watch out for when making the conversion.

Is there bridge screw and string routing that needs to take place?
What is the easiest way to get the body drilled for a normal string through config? Will a normal bridge fit without route patching etc?

A top-mount tele bridge or A drill press, some MDF blanks, rulers, and ferrules appear to be in your future.
You might wanna fill the holes, a B-5 leaves lots.

What are you going to do with the B5?

I'm planning on selling the b5 to whoever wants it. It will probably wind up on this board in the classifieds this week.

FYI, it is an original off a real 1968 Telecaster.
