treble bleed cap in 4 way mod poss?

Hi,

I'm trying to wire up a tele 4 way mod harness. The thought occured to me that I've frequently seen a treble bleed cap along with a tone cap on a 3 way wiring harnesses. Can you wire in the treble bleed cap on a 4 way mod the same way? Does it do the same thing?

The 4-way mod all occurs between the pickups and the switch (okay, with the exception of the neck pickup cover grounding). The treble bleed cap connects two lugs of the volume pot, a point in the circuit after all pickup selection has occurred. I can't imagine that it would act any differently than it would in a 3-way wiring scheme.

Yes, the two mods are independent and compatible.

I concur...it will work fine. I've got four guitars with that same set up.
