Organize rehearsals online (Cal app)

Hello, does any of you use some kind of online calendar etc. to organize your rehearsals?
I need one where people do NOT have to sign up. E.g. Yahoo and Google all require users to have accounts before the can see a shared calendar.
I need it that people can see the calendar based on password access, not based on being part of the yahoo or google community.

That in smaller and free would be great.

The music director at the church I play at uses the planning center. Really has things organized and neat and works very well.

It is the best email team planner I have experienced.
