Dual Humbucker Pickup Locations?

I'm not sure there is a correct place. :grin:

Check this thread (http://www.tdpri.com/forum/telecaster-discussion-forum/102753-need-tele-deluxe-pickguard-tracing.html) for a .pdf of the Tele Deluxe pickguard. Note though that those are wide range HBs ... but you can get the center points, or a general idea.

I'm not sure if there's another 25.5" scale Fender with two PAF sized HBs. Someone will know.

Thanks I'll do some playing with that soon! For kicks, I measured a few other dual humbucker 25.5" scale guitars lying around and an Ibanez Talman, Warmoth LP, and a Warmoth Soloist and all three measured 6.25" from the 12th fret to the front edge of the neck pickup & 10.25" from the 12th fret to the front edge of the bridge pickup. I also measured a 24 fret Jackson & it was 7" from the 12th fret to the front edge of the neck pickup & the bridge was the same as the other three.

I was expecting greater variation, especially with different manufacturers & such varied body styles. :confused:
