Power'Tron Plus is looking for a mate

Here is the thing: i have this TV Jones Power'Tron plus (bridge) pickup lying around. Has anyone got experience with how they sound? From what i read on harmonycentral these are more in PAF territory then the filtertrons.
Now I'm looking for a good mate in the neck PU position. I'm not going to buy another tv jones since that is way out of my budget. But perhaps there are some good alternatives. What would you guys recommend?

What kind of music do you play? Which tones are you after?

I bet a single pickup guitar with just a powertron in the bridge would sound great!

I like to play a neck pickup for some jazz tunes and sometimes it adds something when you combine pickups. However I think you are probably right, Jef. This pickup is loud enough to hold his one. So guess it will go straight into a part-o-caster project.
