Hello members.
Would anyone know where I could find flat or domed knobs that have a dot or mark of some sort on the top to help in seeing the position?
Thanks

Why not get some standard knobs in the style you like, drill or mill [or have done] a dot where you want it on the top. If you need more contrast than a dot drilled in, you could put some colored laquer in the dot, then a dolop of epoxy. Or you could glue in a rhinestone or something..

eBay seller BEZDEZ has a bunch of different styles with the dot... and for a pretty good price. I buy a lot from them. Great Seller :!:

Thanks John.
Just ordered two fron this seller.
Am i the only one who is bothered by this lack of a reference point on regular Tele knobs?

I always just put the set screw where I can see it with the vol or tone all the way up. That gives me enough visual range where it matters to me (I can look down and see if I have any more vol or treble left). Most tele players adjust by ear or by feel beyond that (IOW roll all the way down, then half up for a "5" setting).

Why not just use the set screw for a reference if your pots are solid shaft? less is more...

If the man wants dots on his knobs then let him have dots on his knobs. It's his guitar.

using the knobs would imply turning down; I want everything louder than everything else
