Customizing a '72 Deluxe Reissue

I'm thinking about having a custom pickguard made and dropping these ( http://www.seymourduncan.com/products/electric/humbucker/progressive/prails_shpr1/ ) puppies in my '72 Telecaster Deluxe Reissue.

I'll keep the Fender wide range humbuckers and original pickguard in case I ever sell it but that's unlikely, I've never sold a guitar. I have every guitar I've ever got. Even my first - a crappy Memphis Les Paul copy.

Opinions or suggestions before I pull the trigger?

I think I'm getting a Tele Deluxe, and I'd go for it. It would be nice to have those three tones. But yes, keep the original pickguard and stock pickup, just in case you decide to switch them back, for whatever reason? What kind of music will you play with it? And did you consider switching out the 250K pots for 500K pots? It's a world of difference.

Where will you put the extra three way switch?
