Hi All.
On a leap of faith, I just installed a set in my Gatton model that Fred built back in '94...have to say I'm ecstatic at how much these improved the tone over the Bardens.
Also added the 4-way switch which provides some addtional tonal variation and makes the guitar more a lot more versatile.
Seeing there's been much written already on this forum about Fred's BG pups I won't go into trying to describe how good these sound...just wanted to post that if you're considering new pups - I'd highly recommend these!
I'm not very accomplished with a soldering iron so BIG thanks to Jason at VVG for all the support.... my new best friend
