Can anybody advise me as to whether or not I can use an On/On/On Mini Toggle Switch (http://www.stewmac.com/shop/Electronics,_pickups/Components:_Switches_and_knobs/Mini_Toggle_Switches.html) to replace a traditional three-way slider-type Tele pickup switch? I'm looking at the specs of each one & it's not 100% clear to me whether or not this might work. (I'm not worried about the control plate just yet--if I have to drill one myself that'll be fine.) Thanks!

What I'm thinking of, in case anybody wants to comment or advise, is single-coil bridge pup w/ a (possibly mini) hum neck pup, and on the control plate two mini switches and two pots like so:
pot 1 - volume
pot 2 - tone / overdrive (push/pull)
switch 1 - on/on/on pickup switch to replace tele three-way switch
switch 2 - on/on/on series v. parallel v. single coil mod for the (mini?) bucker
If any of this sounds like the ideas of a man who is either misguided or pitifully uninformed, I'll take any guidance & info you got...
