TS9 vs TS9DX?

Seems like the TS9DX offers a lot more versatility for just $10 more, but I hear more people using the TS9.

Any opinions about the two?

i use a ts9dx. I got it used at guitar center and I love it. Granted I don't really use the other settings but it's always nice to have the options when I want more gain. But past the + setting it just adds bass and volume.

I found the other settings to just add more noise but I always try to go with the pedal with most parameters on it. Get what fits your needs for ten bucks why not.

I had one. I liked the second setting up from the TS9 setting the best. The rest were crap including the original TS9 setting. Way too much mid-range hump on the TS9 setting. The second step up was meatier. Save yourself the money. The Bad Monkey eats these for breakfast. :twisted:
