G-P

In his book, The Guitar Amp Handbook, he has a chapter dedicated to the build on this little amp that he designed. It seems to be an pretty interesting little amp and provides a ton of flexibility. Simple build too.
Anyone build this and if so, what are your impressions of this amp?
I am thinking of giving this build a try but would like to see if anyone else has tried this thing yet.

I have not built his amp but each time I go through the book the amp catches my interest and I think that I ought to build it just for the h€ll of it. So I'm gonna follow this thread with great interest. Go ahead and build one G-P and let us know what you think about it  .

I built it back in 06, and still can't get enough of it.
Made a few mods...such as:
added a choke
upped the first filter cap
added a NFB switch
I recorded these two songs with it:

Was after a clean tone on the above songs. When you crank it to 10...it just plain out kicks as* IMO.:!:
