How Do I Post A Picture?

Could someone who is more internet / computer savvy then myself please explain how to post a picture with post? I am soooo lost!

Best way is to register with Photobucket. You can then upload photos form your computer or camera. When the files are uploaded, you'll see a number of linke below the photo. Left-click on the 'IMG' code and then when you're writing your post, right-click and paste the link.
