Superswitch wiring?

I have a Stew-Mac 5-way superswitch and I'm trying to figure out how to wire it up. I'm using a Dimarzio HS-2 in the bridge which is a stacked humbucker. How would I wire it up so that it's: N/N-M/M/B(single)/B(hum)? I also want to use the first tone pot as the neck tone and the second as the M/B tone. It's all so complicated, so hopefully someone knows how to do this.

Here's the technical stuff on it:

Andy, I haven't done what you are trying to do. I do know that a simple push/pull switch with your old strat 5-way would have yield you not 5 but 7 sounds...all of the ones you want plus two more....bridge single and mid/bridge series. To make the tone change you want takes one small piece of connecting wire across two lugs on the 5-way.
You could scan the 'net for diagrams for what you want. You could contact Stew-mac and see what they offer. I have some Superswitch diagrams for the Yamaha Superswitch that I got from STew Mac long ago...different switch.
I have some diagrams for the 4-pole 5-way from AllParts....same as the S-M unit. The only hmb/sc/sc arrangement they show does neck/neck-mid parallel/mid-frontcoil bridge in parallel/neck and rear coil bridge in parallel/bridge only hmb series.
If one spent enough time, I am sure there are other arrangements possible....but that push/pull on the bridge pup for a series/parallel plus the old 5-way gets my vote. You could put another switch..mini or push/pull and throw in outside pups when the other outside pup is in circuit. Big variety. I have a strat-build that has 16 humbucking sounds out of a Lil '59 and two Duckbuckers...Gibson,all strat sounds, some gretsch-like sounds, and a few sounds like nothing you have heard, maybe. I used a standard 5-way, one push pull and a mini. I have a treble cut on the middle knob and a bass cut on the 3rd knob. Very versatile guitar.
I don't know if I will ever find a use for this brand new Superswitch I have. Ebay maybe?

Well that's the thing, no stores carry standard 5-way switches near me (I know, hard to believe ) and I don't feel like waiting for a new switch and pot if I ordered one. Since I never use the mid/bridge combination I figured I'd just do the humbucker thing. Right now I just want it wired up and working. Do you know how I'd wire it just standard then? Meaning N/N-M/M/M-B/B?

Thanks, Andy
