Set Up Frustrations

I just bought an Alvarez RF8 guitar with case and had a Fishman infinity Matrix pickup put in , plus had guitar set up @ Cintiolli's in Philly, the action was higher than when I bought it when I picked it up, a month later.
I took it back one night and the guy could not setup the guitar so it would play for me win it without buzzing, He said it was the guitar, nothing wrong with guitar, brand new, played great before he got his hands on it. Now he broke a string (elixir) and put a junk string on it.
Like, what would you do?

I'd ask him to make it right. If he does not then you might remind that in the age of the Internet the "word gets out quick" when music shops don't deal fair and square with their customers.
